Terms of Service
These terms describe the GRCDesk pilot: what a workspace holds, who can open it, how evidence is kept, and how a workspace is deleted.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between GRCDesk ("we", "us") and the organization that opens or is given a workspace ("Customer", "you").
They apply together with the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If a signed enterprise agreement later replaces them, that signed agreement controls.
A workspace administrator accepts these Terms for the Customer. That acceptance is recorded with the administrator's email and the time of acceptance. It is required before the workspace can upload evidence or add people, assets, departments, teams, tools, email groups, and chat groups.
